We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS). We apply Firebase Security Rules to ensure users can only access their own data or canvases they have been explicitly invited to.

When you share a canvas, other users with access can see your display name, avatar, cursor position, and any content you add to that canvas. You can revoke sharing at any time from the canvas settings.
Your account data and canvas content are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and canvases will be permanently removed within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
We use browser local storage and session cookies solely to keep you signed in and to remember your editor preferences (e.g. zoom level, theme). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
Aviquill is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
